Witnessed two bike accidents today.

1. Sankhu:
A dog was was sitting at the side of a road. A man comes riding his bike (Honda Shine, to be precise) in a speed, more than average. We were riding our cycles on the left side of the road, properly. There was a bike behind us too. The man on the Shine bike sees the bike behind us, and the dog on the side of the road. Remember he was speeding. He panics, tries to make a move and not hit the dog. He fails the move, hits the brake, the tyres skid. He tries to control. But, he falls down, bad. But, he is safe. He might have broken few bones, got many bruises for sure. God bless him.
2. Ghantaghar :
Two teen girls wearing "OBEY" beanie caps, are walking across the zebra crossing, they are COOL, wallking like they are walking a ramp on a fashion show or an aisle.
A guy comes in a VR, speeding up, like he owns the road. (Mind you, don't judge the guy by his bike here. Not everyone on a VR rides rough.) He is coming from the opposite side. He is beside a mini van, so doesn't see the girls crossing the road. He makes a move, overtakes the minivan and KABOOOM! hits the girls.
Yes, that was a direct hit, not just touching them with mirrors or so. All the three of them were safe. But, someone's cell phone wasn't. One of the girls seemed to be in pain, but no serious damage. And after that direct hit, I have no idea how they were safe. God, may be? God bless them all.
So, who's fault was in both of these case?
The dog's or the man's or the fate itself, in the first one?
The girls', the guy's or the fate itself, in the second one?
