So, this break I did 11 sketches, 5 out of them being male portraits, which is a great achievement for me because I haven't done much male ones. The reason behind NOT doing male portraits is because it is not fun and also the guys aren't as much interested in getting their sketches done as are the girls. But I had a bitter experience with my previous FEMALE sketches. I did so much of hard work, also they were good. I had thought the ones i sketched would be excited and come running to get their sketches. Instead, they didn't care. Some of them even said, i have THE PICTURE of the sketch, that is enough. I mean WTF? I didn't do the sketch for just fucking picture. I did that so that they would be happy, but that was what i got in return.
Thus I had decided I would do MALE portraits this time. So if i have decided to do male ones, why not sketch my class mates, they would have a memento from me when we pass out. But when i asked them for pics, none cared, as i had expected. So I too gave damn. I found some friends' good quality photos, so I did those.
