Opening up with music

It has been an amazing week at TerseHigher SecondarySchool. Singing and playing along with the kids has helped me open up to them and myself. Never had I thought, I would play and sing amidst a crowd - singing alone, I always did.
It's not that I play and/or sing awesome. It's just that they are happy when I sing and so am I. I'm always in my best self when I'm not judged. Among these kids, I don't need to fear of being judged. It's a different thing that they don't know of the chords and I can play as I want but they don't care as long as they can listen to me and sing along.
Thank you music for being a tool to open up. Thank you 'someone' above (they call it GOD in earth) for blessing me.
Thank you Rashmi for the first guitar that you gifted me. The happiness today wouldn't have been possible if you hadn't taken my birthday gift that seriously. I will always love you for that. smile emoticon heart emoticon
